• Royal Lanna Suite (2 Suites)
    - 1 bedroom corner suite, 2 balconies.
• Rattanakosin Suit (1 Suite)
    - 1 bedroom corner penthouse.
• Uthong Suite (3 Suites)
    - 1 bedroom penthouse.
• Orchid Studio Suite (3 Suites)
    - Studio corner suite, additional lounging area with an extra child's bed.
• Nirvana Special Studio Suites (22 Suites)
    - Studio suite.

Note: All rates are inclusive of VAT charged at 7%

December 15th - January 15th is peak season and during this period there is a peak season surcharge of 500 THB a night or 3000 THB a week. Family plan: Children under 12 with there parents will be provided with a cot, baby cot or a roll away bed free of charge (Subject to availability). Group rates available upon request. Longer stay rates available upon request (Subject to availability). All rates are subject to change without notice.
